Class Types

You arrive 10 minutes early for a short orientation: studio tour, mat setup and a quick talk about any tension or injuries. Then you join the regular class. Please come 15 minutes before your very first session.
A single class is 550 UAH and an eight-class pass is 3 900 UAH, valid for three months. Mats, blocks and straps are included. There are no hidden fees.
Comfortable clothes you can move in, a water bottle and socks. We provide the mat and props. Changing rooms and lockers are on site at Business Center 'Leonardo', 7 Mykhailivska St.
